For security purposes, you must provide your PIN to verify you identity whenever calling our support center.
You need your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact our support team.
As an added security measure, all Nexcess accounts are assigned with a personal identification number (PIN). For your security purposes, you are required to provide this PIN whenever you call our billing or support teams about your account.
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Your login page shows all the information you need to identify your account and confirm your identity. However, your Account ID and pin visible in the top bar on every page in your Client Portal.
- To view your PIN, click the eye icon (1). To edit your PIN, click the blue edit icon (2), then go to Step 4.
- In the Call in PIN field, enter your new six-digit PIN, then click Save.
