Your Client Portal login credentials. If you cannot locate them, click Forgot Password? on the login page.

Depending on your selection, we will immediately charge or credit the credit card attached to your account with a prorated amount based on the amount of days remaining in the month and the relative cost of your new plan.
To access your cloud account dashboard, log in to the Client Portal. From the home page, click Services > Plans.
Either click its name, or select Account Dashboard from the menu toggle.
Select MENU > SERVICE LEVEL.
Click UPGRADE, even if you plan to resize to a smaller plan.
Select your desired plan, then click RESIZE.
Your upgrade is complete!
