How to enable containers in Nexcess Cloud

    How Nexcess Cloud clients can use their Client Portal to enable, resize, or disable containers for their service.

    What you need...

    • You must be a Nexcess Cloud client. For inquiries, please contact our Sales Team between 9 a.m.–5 p.m. eastern time (ET), Monday–Friday, or visit our website.

    • Your Client Portal login credentials. If you cannot locate them, Click Forgot Password? on the login page.

    1. Log in to your Client Portal. From the home page, Plans.

    2. Locate your cloud service. Either click its domain name or select Plan Dashboard from the menu toggle.

    3. Select Menu > Containers.

    4. Locate your desired container, then click Enable.

    5. You may resize or disable your container at any time from this same page in your Client Portal.
