The Nexcess Cloud control panel allows you to manage MySQL database, schedule CRON jobs, create backups, and perform other useful tasks. Some, but not all, of these functions can also be accessed from your Client Portal.
Your Cloud control panel allow you to manage the following:
Your Client Portal login credentials. If you cannot locate them, click Forgot Password? on the login page.
An existing Nexcess Cloud account. See See How to create Nexcess Cloud accounts for more information.
Log in to your Client Portal. From the home page, click Services > Plans.
Either click the name of your service, or select Plan Dashboard from the menu toggle. (The arrows are pointing to either plan).
Next to each site, select the 3 dot icon (hamburger menu), and then select Site Dashboard.
From the main menu, make your desired selection.
