How to view all of the invoices associated with your account from your Client Portal.
You need your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team.
Log in to the Client Portal.
- From your Client Portal dashboard, click Billing > Invoices.
- From this page, you may use the menu toggle to View,Pay, or Download any invoice of your choice.
View shows more detailed information about the invoice.
Pay allows you to make a manual payment instead of your automatic payment. For more information, see associated articles about paying by credit card, PayPal, and with account credit.
Download PDF converts your invoice into a web-based PDF file, which you can download or print.
