How to undo cancellation requests

    How to use your Client Portal to undo a pending cancellation request.

    What you need


    1. Log in to the Client Portal. From the dashboard, click Service, then locate the service type corresponding to the relevant service.

    2. Locate the service you wish to cancel. From the menu toggle, click Undo Cancellation.

    3. Click Confirm.
