How to use your Client Portal to undo a pending cancellation request.
What you need
- Your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact our support team.
- A pending cancellation request. Refer to How to cancel a Nexcess service for more information.
- Log in to the Client Portal. From the dashboard, click Service, then locate the service type corresponding to the relevant service.
- Locate the service you wish to cancel. From the menu toggle, click Undo Cancellation.
- Click Confirm.
