How to enable containers in Nexcess Cloud

    How Nexcess Cloud clients can use their Client Portal to enable, resize, or disable containers for their service.

    What you need...

    • You must be a Nexcess Cloud client. For inquiries, please contact our Sales Team between 9 a.m.–5 p.m. eastern time (ET), Monday–Friday, or visit our website.

    • Your Client Portal login credentials. If you cannot locate them, Click Forgot Password? on the login page.

    Method

    For more information about container availability and how they function, see the Nexcess Containers page on our website.

    1. Log in to your Client Portal. From the home page, click Services > Plans.

    2. Locate your cloud service. Either click its name, or select Account Dashboard from the menu toggle.

    3. Select Menu > Containers.

    4. Locate your desired container, then click Enable.

    5. You may resize or disable your container at any time from this same page in your Client Portal.
