How to cancel PayPal subscriptions

    How to stop automatic PayPal payments for your Nexcess service.

    What you need

    • One or more Nexcess services currently being paid via PayPal subscription.

    • Your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team.

    • Your PayPal login credentials.

    Subscribing (no longer available)

    We no longer offer the option create new PayPal subscriptions, though you may still make one-time payments using PayPal. See How to pay invoices with PayPal for more information.

    Canceling

    ATTENTION: If you wish to cancel subscriptions for multiple services, you must repeat the below steps for each service. 

    1. Log in to the Client Portal dashboard. Click Services, then select the correct type of service.

    2. Locate your desired service. From the menu toggle, click View.

    3. From the menu toggle, select Cancel PayPal Subscription.

    4. Log in to your PayPal account and follow their instructions.
