How to send secure data to Nexcess support

    How to send securely send sensitive data to our support team from your Client Portal.

    What you need

    • Your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on your Client Portal login page or contact our 24/7 support team.

    • An open ticket with our support team, who recently asked you to share secure data. 

    Method

    1. Log in to your Client Portal.

    2. In the Active Tickets section, click View Tickets.

    3. Locate the ticket, then click the ticket number.

    4. Click Secure Data Share. 

    5.  Enter the secure data, then click SHARE when ready.
      To delete this secure data, open the ticket, then click Delete Secure Data
