How to view shared secure data in your Client Portal

    How to view securely view sensitive data sent by our support team.

    What you need

    • Your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on your Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess support tam.

    • An open ticket with our support team, who recently shared secure data with you.

    Method

    For instructions on how to send secure data, see How to send secure data to Nexcess support.

    1. Log in to your Client Portal. If you received an email notification of the shared data, instead follow the link provided in that email, then skip to Step 4

    2. View your tickets by clicking the Support option in the left navigation menu or the open button on the home page's Support card.

    3. Locate the ticket, then click the ticket number.

    4. Click View Secure Data.

    5. Read the warning, then click View Secure Data when ready.

    6. Click the password to copy the password to your pasteboard.
