How to use your Client Portal to purge your CDN cache and delete the cached version of the asset from all Edge servers on the CDN.

    What you need

    • An active CDN service with Nexcess. To order a CDN service plan, visit the the Nexcess website.
    • Your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? link on the Client Portal login page or contact our support team.

    Things to know

Asset-purging applies only to CDN assets such as image, videos, JavaScript, or CSS files.

Purging a CDN asset deletes the cached version of the asset from all Edge servers on the CDN. For example, if you have updated an image, or have made changes to your CSS file. Purging a CDN asset prevents an old version of an asset from being delivered to your clients.
